If you travel around Cambodia, you will then notice different models of house build by the local people. Most likely in the countryside only cottage or small houses are built which is far less modern than in the city. All the beautiful house, building and condominium are rising up to fit the need to the moving trend to capital city just like in Phnom Penh.

3- Cambodia flat house is being very popular at the present as people are saving money to buy it. It is built with brick, cement for resident purposes or business in city mainly.
2- Condominium is a type of building that business investor want to make it and of course seen quite many of them serving the need for local and expats living in Cambodia.
1- Business building and shopping mall where people come to do shopping at the weekend or hang our with friends during free time.
